Title	Concise and descriptive (max 15 words)
Abstract	250–300 words clearly outlining objectives, methods, findings
Full Paper	4–8 pages including references/bibliography (PDF format)
Author(s) Bio	Name, designation, affiliation, email, phone (max 100 words per author)
Format	PDF/Word Doc

Case Studies

Elements	Details
Title	Concise and descriptive (max 15 words)
Abstract	150–250 words summary of the case, including context, problem, solution
Introduction	Overview of the organization/situation; purpose of the case
Background	Industry context, company history, key stakeholders
Problem Statement	Clear articulation of the issue or challenge
Methodology (optional)	Research/data collection methods (interviews, surveys, documents)
Analysis/Approach	Frameworks or tools used (SWOT, PESTLE, etc.)
Solution/Actions Taken	Description of strategies or interventions implemented
Results/Outcomes	Impact, performance metrics, success indicators
Discussion	Lessons learned, generalizability, limitations
Conclusion	Key takeaways and relevance to other organizations

Terms and Conditions

Please accept the terms and conditions before continuing.

1. Eligibility

• Submissions are open to professionals, researchers, students, and practitioners in HR, AI, People Analytics, HR Tech, Talent Management, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
• Individual and team submissions are accepted. Teams may include a maximum of 3 authors per submission.

 2. Originality & Plagiarism

• Submissions must be original and unpublished.
• Plagiarized content (including self-plagiarism) will be disqualified.
• HRxAI reserves the right to run plagiarism checks.

3. Review & Selection Process

• All submissions will be peer-reviewed by the review committee.
• Evaluation criteria include originality, relevance, clarity, and practical value.
• Decisions by the review committee are final and binding.
• Selected submissions will be invited for presentation during the event only no automatic publication is included.

4. Presentation & Recognition

• Shortlisted authors will:
* Be invited to present their paper/case study at HRxAI Expo & Summit 2025.
* Receive a Certificate of Presentation post-event.
• Outstanding submissions may receive special recognition or awards during the event.

5. Intellectual Property

• Authors retain full copyright and intellectual property rights.
• HRxAI may use selected content (title, summary, insights) for promotional purposes with
attribution.
• Authors must ensure their work does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Confidentiality & Data Usage

• If the case study contains confidential data, it must be clearly marked.
• HRxAI will not share sensitive information without written consent.
• Contact details will only be used for event-related communication unless opted in for future updates.

7. Disqualification Clause

Submissions may be rejected or withdrawn if:

• Rules or deadlines are violated.
• Plagiarism or misrepresentation is detected.
• Author fails to confirm participation within the stipulated timeline.

8. Withdrawal Policy

• Authors may withdraw their submission anytime before the review decision is announced.
• Withdrawal after selection may affect eligibility for future editions
